Transformation of a listed bridge into a hotel with capacity of 60 rooms, situated in the centre of Berlin. Guestrooms and facilities will be lined up along the bridge, maintaining the industrial character of framework as a hotel´s unique feature. There will be possibility of further extension embracing another 45 rooms and conference room on the site nearby. Moreover, the adjacent bridge might be converted into a green pedestrian zone – the missing link between the Nordbahnhof´s park and the Humboldthain once.
