Refurbishment in the ORWOHaus – also known as “the noisiest prefabricated building of the city”. The non-profit association ORWOHaus, owns 100 rehearsal rooms used by more than 300 rock bands. According to the ORWOHaus´s motto – “no music without prefabricated buildings” – a concert and event hall has been  set-up in the ground floor, providing space for  around 1.000 guest.
