Berlin 2009

Revitalisation of the historic lido at the Müggelsee lake, “Strandbad Muggelsee”, in the outskirts of Berlin. By including the adjacent holiday village and following vast areas its transforming in a big center of leisure and sport of regional importance. It was built between 1920/1930 by the architect Martin Wagner and is thereby of great relevance for both – monumental and nature protection. The new areas  will be built imitating the historical architecture, creating a high quality gastronomy and a new pier for ships and vessels.
