PROJECTS
Tiflis 2010

Design of a hot spring resort in Kurá in Tbilisi, Georgia. The pools are filled up with the mineral water. Due to permanent shift of water level and extremely unstable streamig speed of the river, the complex structure will be broken down into smaller parts. These individual objects will be interconnected by flexible, yet robust joints and anchored in riverbed. Keeping the tradition of thermal springs in the city alive, each solitary pool will be roofed by a dome.
